Brass


Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc and zinc; the proportions of zinc and copper can be varied to create a range of brasses with varying properties. – from Wikipedia.

Apparently, brass is made from mixing copper to resemble gold. It has more of a feminine touch than copper and less ‘loud’ than gold. The correct dosage of brass is very elegant and romantic. 

They go particularly well with a white or pink palette.
